We’re pleased to announce that Wish is now partnering up with local brick and mortar businesses in your area to help save you time and money. Shop the Wish Shopping app and pick up your items instantly.

Instantly? Like TODAY? You’re probably telling yourself, “This sounds too good to be true”. Believe it when we say INSTANTLY! No more waiting in store lines or checking the updates on your delivery tracking number, so you can know the exact moment when your neighborhood delivery truck is stopping at your house.

We took out the dirty work by making it easier (AND faster) for you to just shop, pickup and simply enjoy. And yes we think it’s a dream come true, well actually, a wish come true 😉

What is Wish Local?

Wish Local is a new program designed to help YOU save time and money. Win for you! With several benefits, Wish Local allows customers to order items and choose to either pick them up immediately or have them shipped to a local pick up store.

*Note: local businesses that feature the Wish Local signage are “Partners” of Wish and not actual Wish Stores. Which means you can pick up your items in the store but reach out to us if you have any questions or want to share comments about your order.

Does Wish Local actually work?

Yes! And once you start using it, you’ll never want to stop! To get started, all you have to do is open the Wish Shopping app, click on the Wish Local location badge and shop till you drop. It’s just that easy!

From there you can add your items into your cart and checkout. You will then be asked to select a Wish Local partner store in your area to either “Pick up” your items or “Ship to store”.

If you can’t wait for shipping and want to have your items immediately, select Pick Up and you’ll then be able to pick them up on the same day. Why wait days for USPS or UPS when you can have what you want now?

How do I Pickup my Items?

Once you’ve completed your order go into the Wish Shopping app and view your “Order History” to see all of your previous orders.

When you open your most recent order, you will find a unique QR code. You will need this to receive/redeem your order at your closest location for pick up.

Once you arrive at your Wish Local pick up location, show your QR code to the store and they will scan and retrieve your items faster than you can say “Wish”.

Don’t just stop there! Feel free to browse around the store and ask your Wish Local partner about their products and services. 

**Note: Check your Wish Local pick up location for their hours of operations before you leave to pick up your order.

To make your shopping experience truly enjoyable, we’ve provided you with answers to common questions you may have when you first get started using Wish Pick Up.

What if I can’t pickup my order today? 

Great question, you have up to 15 days from the purchase date to pick up your order or Wish will automatically refund you your money back. 

What If I want to purchase an item that is not offered in my area/or for pick up?

Not to worry, you can also purchase your items and have them shipped to the nearest Wish Local Partner business in your area. 

What if I want to contact Wish?

You can in 3 simple steps! Contact our customer support team on your mobile phone within the Wish Shopping app by opening the ‘Settings’ tab, then click on ‘Customer Service’, where you will be greeted by a Wish Support assistant.

I ordered something 5 days ago and my ticket number is 21924735 and it had items that would both lessen shipping charges and they would be able to be shipped to a place where I could pick up those eligible items. Instead it has been a nightmare and you charged me for shipping to my home instead and in the 14 times I wrote you and your ridiculous communication set up all I keep getting is this message in a foreign language header EVERY time and now stuff is being shipped out and you can only send this as there is no message or way I have not tried to answer some question that seems to be invisible! I know I am a small fish in your sea of shoppers but I have order a lot of stuff overtime with your site and am now about to delete my account over this. Or have the decency to call me considering all this trouble and no one has tried anything vui

I am still waiting for my order placed with Melissa Maldoon. 19 North ave,Bethal,Mapumelanga,South Africa She order some things and place my order with her order in the first week of October and we are still waiting.I would like to know why I have to pay for an item ZAR15.00 and shipping ZAR15.00 the another ZAR28.00 at the Post Office when receiving the items one at a time costing ZAR28.00 every time in the end the little package cost me ZAR58 or more depending of the size of the item.Your ad say ZAR15.00 for item but in the end the item cost more than ZAR58.00/ZAR78.00

I have yet to get back again an answer and every month you further the date’s of my order! I do not have a Twitter account nor am I a milinial to learn either! I stick to what I can understand!
